| Waiting hours will be charged after 1 hour from pickup time at airports and 30 minutes after the pickup time at hotels or other inside the city points. |
| Waiting hour rate will vary from 50 SR to 150 SR according to the car. |
| Cancelling the trip 2 hours before pickup time will not be charged. Less than 2 hours cancellation notice before pickup time will be charged full price of trip. |
| Payments charged in advance will not be returned in case of cancellation, but can be used in any other trip. |
| Airport pickups will be charged in advance, either fully or partially. |
| Booking GMC / Chevrolet latest model will be served with latest models of GMC or Chevrolet. Reserving the GMC specifically or Chevrolet specifically will add 50 SR extra. |
